The scarlet red color is characterized by a complex and intense bouquet, with hints of sweet fruit - ripe plums and figs - which develop over time, combined with fine flavors of spices and saffron. A deep and velvety taste reminiscent of the same fruit taste with ample notes of delicate tannins and a long sensual finish.
Made from hand-picked and selected grapes, produced using traditional methods. Aged for 18 months in French oak barrels.
Perfect with mature cheeses, baked deer roulade stuffed with figs, pheasant roulade accompanied by chestnut purée. Decant for 30 minutes before serving. Recommended temperature for consumption: 18-20 ° С
