Delivery of your parcels anywhere in Zone 1 - Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg and the Netherlands:

• 3-5 days;
• Delivery without or with signature (maximum weight is 30 kg);
• Pick-up point at the post office, in Pickup Relay, in deposit at Pickup Station (maximum weight is 20kg);
• Tracking service.

Delivery of your packages anywhere in Zone 2 - Austria, Spain (excluding specific territories), Portugal (excluding specific territories), Ireland and Italy:

• 3-5 days;

• Maximum weight is 30 kg.
